The function room is available for office parties, corporate events, Christmas functions, you decide. However we do not cater for stag & hen parties.

A provisional booking is required for the date on which you wish to hold your function. To confirm a function, we must receive a completed booking form and deposit.

All details must be finalised at least 5 working days before the date of the function.

Should you wish to cancel a booking, we must receive a minimum of 3 days notice, Full payment for any catering requirements must be met for cancellations of less than 3 days,

If an extended hour’s license is required, we require notice of 21 days in order to apply to the local magistrates. Normal opening hours are 11am – 11pm.

Any bar tab must be agreed prior to any function date with the manager or assistant manager.

We accept payment by cash, cheque or credit card (we do not accept Solo).

A £3.00 returnable deposit is required for the use of each set of house darts. A full, undamaged set must be returned to us prior to the end of the function.

Payment for all food , drink, darts etc must be made in full on the night unless prior arrangement has been made with our management team.

All menus are available subject to our suppliers. However, on some occasions it may be necessary to substitute items for alternatives.

All products used in our menus are free from GM ingredients.

Food for a minimum of 25 people from one of the buffet menus is required or a room hire fee of £250 will be applicable
